Can you buy a Car type dedicated to offering Special Hire Taxi services (if any) exists in Uganda?

 

Absolutely, there is nothing stopping you from purchasing an iSpecial Hire Taxi/black cab or Similar and operating it as your private vehicle. Keep in mind that if you do want to use it as an iSpecial Hire Taxi, you’ll still need to go through the appropriate licensing procedure.
